What we can help with
Found an error? A price that doesn’t match, a broken link, a product that’s no longer available or a spec that’s wrong. That’s the most useful message you can send us: we correct it and update the guide.
Want to suggest a guide? Tell us what you’re about to buy and can’t find clear information on. Many of our guides started as a specific request.
Are you a brand or seller? You’re welcome to write, but to avoid any misunderstanding: we don’t sell mentions, ranking positions or paid reviews. If your product meets our criteria it can appear, and if it doesn’t, it won’t. There’s no way to buy a spot.
Want your data deleted? Write to us from the email in question and we’ll do it. See the privacy policy.
What we don’t do
CompraGuide does not sell products, process payments or ship anything. If you have a problem with a purchase — it didn’t arrive, it arrived faulty, you want to return it or claim the warranty — you need to handle it directly with the seller and the marketplace you bought from (MercadoLibre), who hold your order. We have no access to your purchases and can’t intervene.
